No one really knows why...it doesn't make any sense... but there's magic across the threshold of Second Semester.

This is when you get to start over, and it doesn't seem odd to the students.  This is when they get a fresh slate, and you get to do anything new that you want to, or reiterate old stuff that's been forgotten.  So.  If you are a new Power Teacher, what a wonderful time this is for you!  If you are a veteran Power Teacher (or one that tried it but kinda' forgot to keep using it and wish you had stuck with it...), gimme a "Glorrrry Hallelujah!"  'cause you get to brrrrrring it on back, with new and improved tweaks!

So load it up-- give 'em the rules, jack up the intensity, plan earlier, think it through further, 'cause we don't have time to forget or put it off any longer! We don't know where first semester went-- didn't we just get these students??

I, too, see things that I need to do more systematically, with more pre-planning, more follow-up, and more intensity.  Monday, I begin my magical Second-Semester journey...I'll keep you updated--  you just keep you alive in that classroom!  More soon...
